Yup, they were blue. I put the sauce in the batter instead of plain blueberries. I had a good laugh and was slightly embarrassed when I realized what I had done. Thankfully they still tasted okay, and now I know if you ever want blue blueberry muffins that's what you do.
More pics from life in the kitchen... and if you want to learn patience in the kitchen. Make tapioca. =]
It's beginning to look a lot like fall... [and feel like it too]
Here's a picture of my lil girl dream come true.
They seriously are some of the most comfy and warmest things I've ever worn on my feet.
Other happenings this week... the newest member of the Keller family & BLC has arrived. =) We're so thankful that Andrea is here and doing well. It was so good to hold a lil baby again. Along with my dear friend Katrina who returned to fill in for Carly while she's gone.
A verse I read this morning:
The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and HE knoweth them that trust in Him.
Nahum 1:7
What a comfort it is to know that God knows. He knows what we're going through, and He cares. He never leaves us to walk through the hard times alone, instead He walks right there with us. If we trust Him, and place ourselves in HIS hands, He so gently leads the way.
